Cooperative Development Department
Established in 2006, March, the Cooperative Development Department and the Rural Education Department Department are mainly in charge of the administration of the cooperatively developed the majors which are offered by BTVU and other universities and colleges jointly. Based on the advantages of teaching staff and other recourses of the cooperative universities and colleges, it undertakes the establishment and development of the majors:
- To research and formulate the teaching plans and course teaching documents of these majors;
- To organize and manage the construction of the course resources and formulate and manage the teaching documents;
- To organize and manage the direction and supervising of the various teaching processes;
- To research and reform the teaching contents, the teaching methods and the teaching module in order to improve the quality of teaching and services;
- To do the research on the teaching of the majors;
- To be responsible for the direction of the teachers, for the management of the part-time teachers, for the management of courses, and for the organization and implementation of the process of practice. Now there are already 16 cooperatively developed majors.
The department is also in charge of the development of the rural education, and of the recruitment, the carry-out of the teaching plan, the teaching organization, the supervision of teaching and the teaching management of the project of “One Graduate for One Village”. There are already 5 majors for the project.

5 Majors for Undergraduate
Accounting (Statistics-oriented), Economics (Economy Analysis-oriented), Engineering of Water Conservancy and Electric Power, Civil Engineering, Human Services Management (Health Services Management-oriented). The total recruitment amounts to 4815.
10 Majors for Associate Diploma
Accounting (Statistics-oriented), Building Operations and Management, Engineering Cost Management, Interior Design, Engineering Management of Water Conservancy and Electric Power, Horticulture, Nursing, Pharmacology, Motor Repair and Maintenance, Motor Marketing. The total recruitment amounts to 21080.
The 5 majors for the project of “One Graduate for One Village” as follows:
Rural Administrative Management, Township Enterprise Management, Rural Economic Management, Gardening Technology, Pasturage and Veterinary. The total recruitment amounts to 2802.
The same department is in charge of the above two different programs. There is 8 staff altogether.
