Teaching resources

There are 20 faculties including 19 professional teachers, ( 8 associate professors, 8 lecturers, 3 assistants and 1 administrative secretary). One professor and two associate professors who retired during 2006-2007 still assume teaching tasks and constructive assignments of key courses. In addition, we also engage about 50 part-time faculties each term.

Teaching section

There are Chinese Language and Literature Section, Law Section and Public Administration Section.

Subjects offered

There are 11 distance and open educational subjects including 5 undergraduate courses and 6 junior college courses. These undergraduate courses are law, Chinese language and literature, Administrative management, Primary school teachers’ education and Advertising. Junior college courses are Law, Administrative management, Chinese language and literature, Advertising, Pre-school education, Primary school teachers’ education.

The construction of key subjects and courses

The courses of Logic, Chinese famous contemporary literature works, Evidence law, Real estate law have passed our university’s key courses projects and Chinese language and literature has passed our university’s key subjects projects too during 2006-2007.

We are in charge of drawing up and carrying out teaching programs, teaching scientific research, teaching resources (making out examination papers and homework for the courses offered by BTVU), professional subsidiary website, teaching information’s construction and administration, guiding and checking assessment of teaching contents, reforming of teaching method and pattern, improving of teaching qualities and services, the instructing for the teachers of the BTVU’ s branches, the implement of teaching management，organizing of teaching practice and undertaking teaching tasks for The School of Open Education.
